What do I need to do in order to move forward with a purchase?

I cannot change anything the agreement, but I can certainly explain it to the best of my ability
What is needed?
1. Photo ID of everyone going on the contract
I will need a drivers license, passport, or some method of photo ID for everyone who is going on the purchase agreement. You can text a picture or email it to me directly and that is all I need!
2. Contact Information
Best email, phone number, and address for you. Also if this is going to be your primary home or secondary home. If you have a realtor, this is the time to make sure their information is correct as well. Once I have all of this I can put the contract together and send it out via DocuSign.

10% Deposit
This is to be received at the time of signing via a secure ACH link that is sent to your email as well. There are certain instances where we may takes less than 10% deposit, but it is at managements discretion at the time of the agreement depending on the situation. this will go towards your down payment and be held in escrow
